YPP AI Bootcamps

AI trainingthat changesthe decisions inthe room.

Practical, in-person AI education for executive teams and senior leaders who need to move from terminology and isolated experimentation to informed, collective action.

Built around the decisions your organisation actually needs to make.
01 Understand→02 Design→03 Implement

Why Bootcamps

Your leaders do not need more AI content. They need shared judgement.

One person watches a webinar. Another experiments with ChatGPT. Someone else speaks to a vendor. Everyone returns with different terminology, assumptions and levels of confidence.

That is not organisational capability. It is a collection of individual experiences.

YPP AI Bootcamps create enough shared understanding for leaders to challenge ideas together, evaluate opportunities consistently and make decisions grounded in the reality of their organisation.

Three levels

Start where your organisation actually is.

The levels can be taken sequentially, or selected independently according to your existing understanding, priorities and live decisions.

01Understand

AI for BusinessLeaders

  • Automation, assistants, copilots and agents
  • Use-case evaluation, governance and human oversight
  • The organisational foundations AI depends on

What leaders say

Clarity that changes the conversation.

Reflections from leaders who have taken part in YPP AI workshops and Bootcamps.

“I went into the workshop not knowing where we would even begin and not truly knowing the difference between agentic AI and other forms of AI, but this was clarified so well by the end.”
Zoya AzamDaisy
“I left with far more clarity on how to evaluate the business case for new AI tools and how to prepare our business and data and knowledge sources to ensure they succeed.”
Danielle OwensHead of Projects
“A thoughtful and well-pitched session, enabling a practical rather than purely theoretical discussion on the use of AI.”
Sarah James-BryanDe Beers Group
“I especially liked the way you defined automation, AI-assisted tools and agents — if someone had explained that at the beginning of my AI journey I would have been a lot more comfortable.”

AI Bootcamp FAQs

Useful answers before we speak.

Who are the AI Bootcamps designed for?

They are designed for executive teams, senior leaders, directors and functional heads who need to make, sponsor, evaluate or govern decisions about AI. No technical background is required.

Are these technical AI courses?

No. The technology is explained clearly enough for leaders to understand how it works and what it depends on, but the focus is business decisions, viable use cases, implementation, governance and accountability.

Do we need to complete all three levels?

No. The levels represent different starting points rather than a compulsory sequence. An organisation with strong AI understanding may start with Use Case Design, while a team with a mature use case may begin with AI Implementation.

Are the Bootcamps delivered in person?

Yes. The programmes are deliberately designed as in-person experiences because the value comes from collective discussion, challenge and application to the organisation’s own context.

Can a Bootcamp be tailored to our organisation?

Yes. Examples, exercises and practical work can be shaped around your business model, operating environment and live AI questions. Levels 2 and 3 work directly with real organisational challenges and use cases.

Does the training cover ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini?

Specific platforms can be discussed where relevant, but the Bootcamps are vendor-neutral. The emphasis is on capabilities, limitations, dependencies and business implications rather than product demonstrations.

How many people can attend?

The right group depends on the level and objective. YPP will recommend a working group size that allows genuine discussion and practical participation rather than passive attendance.
